Excessive Rain floods parts of St. George

Just because it has been a dry winter and summer it doesn't mean that we can't still get some rain and we certainly got some Sunday and Monday. despite the fact that so far this is one of the drier summers in history the rainfall in the last 2 days has just been to much for some towns.
