Smoke danger - Water shortage - Fire Danger

With fires raging across Utah and smoke billowing out across sky's as well as a snow shortage this last winter this means that it is a early and dangerous fire season.
If you have problems breathing in smoke it would be a good idea not to go outside because of excessive smoke in the air as seen in the video below.
Here is the link. June 19 is one with blue sky's
We know that there is a water shortage because several counties and towns have begun rationing water for lawns.  One of our reporters was at "Rockport State Park" and noticed the water level of the reservoir had gone down two or three inches in the overnight period from the first evening they were there and the second morning they were there. now some people might say "Its just two inches, just that can't matter" but when you lose two inches of water over a very large area you have lost a lot of water and if you lose two inches every day pretty soon you are going to have a dry reservoir. This is just an example of the water shortage this year.  Because of the dry conditions this means that 1. There is a dangerous and early fire season and  2. There are more fires and less water to fight them.  With the fourth of July coming up and fires raging across the state it is starting to look like fireworks might be a source of disappointment and cancellation. Smiths grocery store has already announced that they WILL NOT be selling aerial fireworks.  Not only that but the old firework restrictions are back. We have them listed below.
Fireworks will be allowed three days before and after the Fourth of July and Pioneer Day.  Fire works will be allowed to be set off from 11:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. and on the actual holiday they will be allowed from 11:00 A.M. to Midnight
